Liteworkroom / Free beta
Privacy policy
Your artwork stays in your browser. Feedback and support are optional.

Who we are
Liteworkroom is a free beta operated in South Korea by 박성하 / Ash Park, also responsible for privacy. Contact: [email protected].
This policy covers our website, both tools, optional survey and support mailbox.
What we process
- Your artwork
- Images, patterns, masks, palettes and results are processed in your browser, without being uploaded to our server. There is no project saving.
- Optional feedback
- With your consent, we use tool choice, role, usefulness ratings, improvement priorities, comments, workflow ideas, previous tools (including Other answers), plan purchase intent, and participation/consent/submission records to improve the beta and research future services. The current survey asks for no name or email. Prices are hypothetical; no payment or subscription is created. Do not include personal, sensitive or confidential information in free text.
- Survey identifiers
- Tally records submission time and IDs, including a random browser-stored respondent ID that persists across forms in our workspace. It does not store IP addresses with submissions by default. We do not use these IDs for profiling; the survey is not guaranteed completely anonymous.
- Support
- We use your email address, display name, message, attachments and our replies to answer your request and follow up on the same issue, based on necessary service support (Korean privacy law, Article 15(1)4).
- Usage & connections
- We keep daily totals of tool actions, preparation time ranges and predefined errors, grouped by tool, release, public channel and test mode. These contain no images, filenames, color names, free text, emails, IP addresses or persistent user IDs. Website and model providers receive ordinary connection information, such as IP address, request time and browser information, for delivery and security.
Earlier survey versions
Earlier answers may include task completion, work frequency, payment-format preferences, a proposed amount/currency or an optional email. These keep their original purposes and the survey deletion deadline below.
Retention & deletion
- Survey answers, consent records and notification emails: deleted within 90 days after the beta ends.
- Support messages, replies and attachments: deleted within 90 days after resolution.
We delete personal information sooner when no longer needed or following a valid request. Unresolved requests are reviewed monthly. Deletion is manual, including relevant Tally/Gmail trash items. Provider backups follow provider policies. Legally required records are kept separately with their basis and period explained. We may retain non-identifying summaries and daily totals.
Providers & overseas processing
We do not sell personal information or use feedback for marketing contact. These providers process information to run the service:
- Tally BV · Belgium
- On survey submission, answers and consent/submission records are transferred online for collection and storage on Google Cloud in Belgium. Our survey deletion deadline applies. Provider details · Contact Tally.
- Twilio SendGrid · United States
- After submission, Tally sends a response/consent copy through SendGrid to our Gmail for review. SendGrid retains message bodies for delivery (published delivery window: 72 hours); delivery metadata has separate retention. Retention details · [email protected].
- Google LLC · worldwide, including the United States
- Gmail receives and stores survey notifications and support emails when sent, for review and reply. A fixed country for our mailbox is not provided. Our survey/support deadlines apply to mailbox copies; Google controls its backups and service records. Privacy policy · [email protected].
- Cloudflare, Inc. · international network
- Website visits and usage events send connection information for delivery, security and daily statistics. An Asia-Pacific database preference does not guarantee a country. Provider retention varies by purpose. Privacy policy · [email protected].
- Hugging Face, Inc. · international processing
- Batch model downloads send connection/device information when needed, without your image. Provider retention follows service, security and legal purposes. Privacy policy · [email protected].
The survey asks separately for consent to the Tally → SendGrid → Gmail transfer above. You may refuse by skipping it, or withdraw by emailing us. Editing and downloads remain available. Support email uses Gmail. Providers' own backup/service records follow their policies; optional survey consent does not cover all website connections.
Browser storage & choices
We use model cache, interface preferences, per-tool feedback reminder choices/times and tab-session channel/test settings. These do not save artwork. Clear them in your browser's site-data settings; this may reset preferences and require a model download.
We install no advertising trackers or persistent analytics IDs. Our usage collector respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; blocking statistics does not stop editing or downloads. Tally's survey identifier is described above.
Your rights & protection
For access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent withdrawal, email [email protected]. You or your legal representative may request help. Give an approximate submission time and a non-sensitive answer detail for surveys without email; we may need minimum details to verify authority and find the record. We explain identification limits or lawful refusals and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
We use HTTPS, limit operating access to the operator and separate usage totals from survey/support records. The service is for fashion practitioners; under-14s should not send personal information. If discovered, we take appropriate action, including deletion. We make no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Independent help: Korea privacy reporting service or Privacy Dispute Mediation Committee. Local law may give additional rights.
Policy updates
