Usage & privacy

A few things to know before you start.

Using the tools

Both tools are free during the beta. No account needed. Use the latest desktop Chrome or Edge; mobile, Safari and other browsers are not supported.

Flat Fill Studio: upload a technical flat, check the Base, then give each area its own color or pattern. See Flat image guidelines.

Batch Recolor: upload one solid-color product image, check its mask, then create up to 50 colorways. See Batch image guidelines.

Check edges and colors before using your results. Some images need manual adjustments.

File sizes and formats
  • Batch: PNG/JPG up to 20 MB. Large images are resized to fit 1820 pixels on the long side and 2,484,300 pixels in total.
  • Flat: PNG/JPG up to 20 MB, or self-contained SVG up to 2 MB.
  • Flat patterns: opaque PNG/JPG/WebP up to 10 MB and 4096 × 4096 pixels.

Downloads & recovery

Batch downloads a model of about 100 MB on first use. Stay connected while it loads. Your browser may reuse it later; private browsing or clearing site data can require another download. The first mask in a new session can also take longer.

There is no autosave or project saving. Download your PNGs or ZIP before refreshing, closing, switching tools or starting over.

If something fails, keep the workspace open and retry. For model loading, check your connection. For downloads, check your browser's download permissions and disk space. If a Batch ZIP fails, try individual PNGs.

Privacy & storage

Your images, masks and colorways are processed in your browser. The tools do not upload or save your images on a server.

The browser may keep the Batch model and interface preferences. This does not save your artwork or workspace.

We collect daily usage totals to understand where the tools work well and where people get stuck. These totals do not include images, filenames, color names or email addresses. We do not create a persistent user ID.

What the statistics and providers process

Totals cover tool entry, work preparation, result creation, download handoff, feedback-link opening and predefined errors. Events include the tool, release, public channel code, test mode and a broad preparation-time category. They count actions, not individual people. A download handoff does not confirm that a file was saved to disk.

A channel code and test mode may remain in this tab's session storage. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Statistics failures do not stop editing or downloading. We may retain aggregate counts to evaluate and improve the beta.

The website and statistics use Cloudflare. Batch also downloads model files from Hugging Face. These providers receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address, but not your source images. Our statistics application does not store IP addresses or raw requests.

The aggregate database is hosted in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region; network processing may occur internationally. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Share feedback in our short survey, or email [email protected]. If the email link does not open, copy the address into your email app.

For a bug, tell us which tool and browser you used, what happened and any error message. Please leave out private images and sensitive information.

Survey replies go to Tally and are reviewed by Liteworkroom to improve the beta. Your email is optional. See Tally's privacy notice. You can use the email above to request deletion.

Original survey replies, optional emails and email notification copies are deleted within 90 days after the beta ends. We may keep anonymous summaries to guide improvements.

Feedback reminders

After a download is prepared, we may ask for feedback. Your reminder choice is saved separately for each tool in this browser. Choose “Already shared feedback” to stop automatic invitations for that tool during the beta. Otherwise, we may ask again when you export after three days. This saves your choice, not proof of survey submission. Clearing site data, blocked storage or another browser can show the invitation again.
